Drew Burks

The person on the other end of the phone

I am Drew Burks. I buy the kind of businesses I know how to make stronger.

My background is in online businesses: finding what makes them work, removing the friction that slows them down, and building better systems for operations and revenue growth.

Pool routes have the same qualities I have always liked in a business. The work is real, the customers are recurring, and a good owner has usually built something durable through years of showing up. Often, the biggest opportunities are practical ones: tighter routing, clearer pricing, better follow-up, and less work trapped in one person's head.

I am building this for the same reason many owners built their routes: my kids. I want to create something lasting, operate it well, and treat the people who built it with the respect I would want for my own family.

See how a sale works

How I try to behave

A good deal should still feel good when it is over.

I do not retrade you

If the facts match what we discussed, the number does not mysteriously shrink at the closing table.

I will tell you when not to sell

Sometimes the best move is to adjust rates, tighten the route, and wait. A valuation should help even when no deal follows.

Your business stays private

There is no public listing. Customers, technicians, and competitors hear nothing from me unless you decide otherwise.

You deal with me

I answer the phone, work through the numbers, and stay involved through the transition.

Tell me what you built.

I will look at the route myself, show you the arithmetic, and give you a straight answer—whether you sell now, later, or not at all.
